Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Unique, one-of-a-kind 20 GA. ?
I've inherited what I believe to be a unique, maybe one of a kind 20ga Parker Repro' 3 barrel set, and was hoping someone on this forum may be able to add to my limited knowledge of these guns?
The gun was purchased by my father on June 24 1988 from Paul Jaeger, Inc. in Grand Junction TN. The gun was new in a carrying case and at that date was claimed to be the ONLY 3-barrel set Parker Repro' manufactured. Serial # is 20-4440. It had been special ordered by a man from Dallas Texas.
I also have a letter from Jack T. Skeuse, Vice President of Parker Reproductions Sales, dated July 5, 1988, stating this was the only 3 barrel set produced as of that date. I've been told there are other three barrel sets available today. But I'm wondering if this was the FIRST, would that add anything to it's value?
It has never been fired and is in excellent condition.
My dad, David M. Duffey, was a very well known author, outdoor writer, and Dog Editor of Outdoor Life and other magazines. He wrote about 10 different books on training hunting dogs. Would his ownership add anything to it's value?
Thank you for any input or information.

Well... if you have factory documentation stating the fact, then so be it.
But... my thoughts are that maybe it was the only 3 barrel set in 20g. or in all 20g. Maybe other existed in other gauges? And/or, only 3 barrel set AT THAT TIME as you said. Because there certainly are other 3 barrel sets out there now.
