I have tried to do the research myself but was coming up empty, so I came here to the pros.
This is a friends Parker and I am trying to find any info, value and best place to sell....it is serial #174213

1916 PH pistol grip 30" barrels. You can offer it on Gun Broker or one of the other web sites. How do the bores look, bright and shiny, dull and pitted? What is the length of stock?
I see a lock screw missing. Condition is important. Good condition 1200-1800

$500 - $750. That looks like serious exterior rust, and it's hard to get off cleanly. Plus, a missing screw.
