Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Fox/Parker challenge
Just back from the Vintagers at Hopkin's in Maryland and the boys from the PGCA eeked out a win over the Fox boys by a score of 86 to 83. I've got to give the Fox guys credit, they fought off the onslaught with only 4 shooters instead of five. It was a real cluster as we split up the 125 targets between 4 shooters, keeping the #3 cage on the 5 stand as the station which would shoot their targets at station 3 then move to station 5 after shooting at 3. It was very confusing but we got it done. Seems like the #5 shooter for Fox never showed so we worked out a solution agreeable to both teams. My head is still spinning. I'm sure pictures will follow.
I would like to thank Kevin McCormack and Mike Smith for their effort in seeing this through. Great job guys.

CONGRATS to Team Parker!! I'll have your victory plate added to the FPC Cup in time for next year's battle.
DC: I hope someone brought a slide rule as I'm still trying to understand the Calculus involved on station #3.
Next year we'll have the bugs ironed-out and I promise to improve attendance at least from the Philly side of the tracks, which this weekend proved to be an embarrassment. Kudos to Kevin, Smitty, Daryl and Chuck Bishop for their efforts in pulling this off, and many thanks to the miniscule group of shooters who did step-up and participate. Onward and upwards.
