Gentlemen ,does anyone have the latest SP Fjestad ,Blue Book of Gun Values ,the newest one I have is the Thirty Seventh Edition ! I would like to know the Price for a Philadelphia Made AH Fox ,AH Grade in 12 Gauge at 90 and also 95 Percent Condition and then what the Percentage add on is for a 20 gauge A Grade ? Thank You in advance !

HIGHER GRADE MODELS (A-F)
12, 16, or 20 ga., the following higher grade Fox shotguns are similar to the Sterlingworth in configuration. The grades differ in engraving and inlays, grade of wood and general workmanship. The E designation means auto ejectors.
Early A and B grades have very little engraving and are much less desirable than later models. The following values are for later guns.
Note: These guns were disc. in 1942 by Savage Arms after they mfg. them for 12 years. Pre-1930 guns were made by A.H. Fox Company.
Add 50% for 16 ga. (made on same frame as 20 ga.).
Add 100% for 20 ga.
Add $200-$1,000 for SST, depending on grade.
Add $200-$1,000 for beavertail forearm, depending on grade.
Prices below are for guns with modern shootable dimensions (length of pull greater than 13.5 in. and drop of less than 3 in. at heel). Guns with unusual stock dimensions will generally bring 24-40% less than the prices quoted below except in 95% or better original condition.

You are welcome, but if I may say so, the blue book may have the Fox 12 gauge pretty well covered, but the 20 & 16 gauge Fox guns usually do much better than blue book quesstimates, in my opinion.

I would love to see a 95% Fox A grade 20 ga at $4500 Blue book maybe right (don't know for sure) but they are way off on the 16 and 20 gauge prices.

Of course 95 Percent is almost always debatable ! Yes ,a Good one is always hard to find ! This gun has thinning case colors ,other than that it may well be an Honest 90 percent ! Factory letter with a short LOP of 13.25 correct per letter and Checkered cheeks ,also correct per letter !

Try to find a 98% Fox A 16ga for $4500. Kinda like trying to find a 98% GH 16ga for $4500.
