Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

FIRST PARKER ON THE WAY
Well I did it. My first Parker is on the way. And I want to thank all the fine folks here on the forum for their advise so that I would not make a “beginners” mistake. To all the folks who looked at pictures for me and answered my many questions, I owe you guys. And while I am at it, I have only been a member of this forum and the Parker Gun Collectors Association for two weeks now, but it is obvious that this forum and its members posters are a “cut above” the other forums and members out there. I have read and joined a few, but there is no doubt the folks here are gentlemen of the first order. Knowledgeable and helpful. Must be a reflection of the fine Parker Guns you all love and respect. Oh, and about the gun. A 1901 VH Grade 16 gauge with 26” barrels choked IC/M, pistol grip (actually POW grip) on a 0 frame. May have had the checkering run and a coat of varnish put on the stock, but other than that original. Gun letters to the description, including the frame size. No colors left. Screws all look untouched and still indexed properly. Lever right of center. Spoke with the folks at Larry Del Grego & Son today and as soon as it arrives it is off for a complete restoration. That will be slow waiting. Thanks again, Steve
