Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Parker VHE with no frame marking
I was at a local shop today and they have a VHE 12 in the 236xxx range.
This gun appears to be a Del Grego refinish, the strange thing about it is there is no "Parker Bros" on the side of the frame and no "Parker" marking on the bottom of the frame. There is only the line engraving on it. Has any one ever seen this before? Just for the record here is the rest of the description. The barrels would not come off (hook stuck). It is a 26" gun pistol grip, to a buttplate with ejectors, single trigger, and Beavertail. The gun is seriously overpriced.
Thanks, Scott

My vhe20 is like that. No Parker on the frame anywhere. Never even noticed it in 36 yrs until Ed Muderlak picked it up and commented.... and I get paid quite a lot to notice the smallest of details. Go figure. I think these are Remington era guns. They did not obtain the Parker Bros name when they bought Parker. Others know far more than I and will chime in here.
