Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

New puppy in training
After a few name changes early on. Ollie is the name we went with for our new Pointer puppy.
Went out yesterday and started live pigeon work. Ollie is 15 weeks and has really ben progressing well. Ran her down wind from a pigeon with a card board trailer. Very happy with her pointing.
This Friday she will start her check cord work along with two of her litter mates.
With a little luck and training she will be ready to hunt Quail this December.
The other little white Pointer ( without a collar ) was born deaf. My hunting partner was going to put it down but decided to see if he could train it. If anyone can Dave will.
It’s a smart little girl. Lots of drive, very alert, bold, and great nose. Rather than train to a whistle we will train to the vibration on a Garmin collar.

Heck, that puppy doesn't even know he's deaf.... he'll train just fine, just with different methods.
Young dogs train very easily and quickly to hand signals.
