Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

New Addition - First hammer gun
I couldn't leave this behind----
The gun has little metal finish left, and the stocks are dark from too much oil, but it is in very good condition. Not beat as so many of these old guns are.
It matches the book, 30" barrels, capped stock, and it has decent dimensions which fit me. Tight on face with no joint wobble, even open! It appears the barrels may have been honed as they are on the shiney side, but I am not sure, and they provide good wall thickness, with the thinest at .22 about 10" back from the muzzle on the right barrel. Chokes at tight mod and IC. At 7#8oz. it feels lively! Out to try it on a few clays, with some RSTs.
And.... you may notice a 6 or 9 next to the frame size of 2, very small!!!! Do we have any idea what that was for?

I wouldn't have been able to walk away from that one either. Very nice! It does seem light for a 2 frame. Though I know there are light and heavy versions of each frame size.
If this is your first hammer gun you will love shooting it. In addition to using RSTs, try some brass black powder shells too. These hammer guns are just too much fun
