I've almost completely worn off the OEM case colors on my 28ga and 20ga. They're bright as the sun now. Been thinking of having my local gunsmith, Cullity & Son, refinishing with bone charcoal. They showed me a few examples and all looked excellent. Haven't asked the price yet.
