Just lost my Claro
 

Claro was my chocolate lab. She was from my first litter. She took her first breath in my hands. I was the first and last thing she smelled.
Last fall she developed carcinoma, vet gave her 6 months, she made 7.
She had a hard life, allergies, pyometria resulting in an emergency spay, a complete knee rebuild, then arthritis taking over the knee, then cancer.
My Parker, her half sister and Sage , her niece are very confused,

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your companion. Know that most all of us have experienced what you are going through now, multiple times. Take solace in knowing that you gave her a good life

This bird was the first pull of the trigger on my CZ 410.being a melenostic bird i figured this bird, new gun and best hunting buddy needed to be remembered. I had the bird mounted and now Claro's collar hangs under it.
