Newest Setters to our pack
5 Attachment(s)
We picked up a sweet two year old orange Belton girl in Wisconsin just a few days after the Southern and Sam picked up a 9 week old orange Belton girl in CT two weeks ago. They are the newest additions to our pack and both will be bred. The oldest is Blue Sky Setters Peaches and will be bred this year. The youngest is Blue Sky Setters Flymaster Fiona. Fiona Glenann is one of our favorite characters from the spy series TV show “Burn Notice”. Sammy is so ready to have pups on the ground.

Looks like trouble!
The fun kind. |
The setter tradition in Meshoppen enters a new age.
I just watched a few episodes of Burn Notice, one of my must see shows, mostly because of Fiona and Bruce Campbell. Fiona was hot. |

I don't care who ya are , having puppies is just 8 weeks of pure fun and such an enjoyable experience!
I really need to start looking for a stud for my Sage. |
A couple of beautiful girls Mike. Looking forward to seeing them next month at your shoot.

Love the Beltons!

Did the dog you picked up in Wisconsin come from a breeder?

Sorry, I was trying to reply to Daryl, no idea how this was mixed up into Craig's post? |
Beautiful new pups Mike.
I have always been a GSP guy. I lost my favorite and best GSP about 25 years ago. I immediately replaced her with two (2) GSP pups. My best friend, an Elhew Pointer field trialer, just happened to have a small number of champian English Setters hidden from Bob Wehle, owner of Elhew Kennels, up in Canada. He gave me pick of a litter that had just reached 6 weeks of age. I ended up with the most beautiful orange and white female. I never trimmed her fur so it grew very very long. I can still see her on staunch point on a hill in Montana with her tail straight and tall and tail fur blowing in the wind at about 400 yards. She stayed frozen until I reached her. She then looked back, relocated and went back on point. It was my turn. I won't brag. Bob Jurewicz |
