filled my tank at my usual Sunoco station here in town at $4.20/gal.

Later drove by a filling station a couple of miles away in the same town... $3.65...:eek::banghead:

I haven't filled my tank post covid. I buy $20 at a time unless I'm going somewhere that requires more gas. I'm getting my revenge driving up their paper receipt costs. Last week I had to fill and it cost $175

Well--This thread got me off the fence & I just ordered 8lbs of Longshot just to be on the safe side.

Ballistic products have been out of LS for a while now & I've been looking around at the other online sites in the meantime, but their prices were higher than BP has offered when they have it. Then I received a notification from BP that they had 8 pounders back in stock & were offering free hazmat shipping. In the end, I don't know if it's a deal or not, but it came out to $42.00 a pound delivered to my door without having to pay the state 6.5% excise tax on ammo. $42lb seems expensive, but at least I'm good to go for a long time.

Buy it when you see it. Take it home and stack it high and deep.
