Congratulations team Parker! Hate I couldn’t be there to cheer you gentlemen on. As usual, the Southern conflicted with the Georgia State Trap Shoot but I was with you in spirit. And trying to do my own small part to represent the Parker gun.

Well done boys on winning the cup!

Mills is now the proud owner of a Parker lifter. Julia says I just used his silent auction bid number to stay out of trouble

That’s too nice to paint in John Deere green and yellow

Going to try to get a turkey. Georgia season goes to May 15

John, hope Team Parker won in Georgia too. How did you come out?

Asking prices went from $9500 for a sub-30% 0 frame beater with a knackered-out recoil pad up through a $15K stunning total restoration job done all the correct ways to a mind-numbing all original 00 frame with perfect modern dimensions at $22,5K. Most were 0 frame guns with c. 30% being 00 frame guns. (None of these included those displayed at teh PGCA "theme" tent displays or at the dinner. The guy with the booth behind our Fox booth, whom none of us had ever heard or seen anything of him at shows before, had 3 of them!

That was Mike Jensen (mikej99).

I will have to remember that trick Mills!

I hated to miss the Southern this year, but I just had too much going on with work and family. I will be back next year!

Great seeing so many folks and seeing so many great guns! Dinner at the country club was fun and what a big crowd, more than I expected. I spent a lot of time looking at guns and six years or so into this, I'm still learning what is high condition and what is just a refinished gun. Many thanks to Brian Dudley for his help at one particular table. So many people I enjoyed meeting for the first time and getting to see again, too many to say thanks for your kindness. Hope to see many of you at Hausmann's.

Not my best showing. Sometimes you’re the bug and sometimes you’re the windshield. This time I was the bug. I did mange to pull off State Veteran Singles Champion, the hard way. Shot a 95 in the first hundred and then had to run the back half for a 195, which tied it up. The other gentleman didn’t show up for the shoot off and forfeited. I think he was scared of the Parker SBT. As a side note, that was my eleventh 100 straight with a Parker SBT.
