"We", "our" and "us" as used herein means "the Author and the Distributor". "You" or "your" as used herein means the person or company who is being licensed to use the Software, as defined below.

By installing, copying, or using WowBB, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Copyright
   WowBB is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The Author retains the ownership of the Software and any copies of it.
   
   
2. License
   You can run one instance of the Software on one web site. A separate license is required for each installed instance of the Software. However, you are welcome to make copies for the sole purpose of backing up the Software.
   
   
3. License Restrictions
   The Software is licensed only to you. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or resale any portion of the Software without the prior written permission of the Distributor.
   
   
4. Modifications of the Software
   You can alter the Software source code at your own risk. However, all the copyright notices in the source code must be intact and easily readable by the human eye when rendered by the Software.
   
   
5. Responsibility for Content
   We do not have any control on the content of any information transmitted or received by the Software. You are solely responsible for the transmission or receipt of any content using the Software.
   
   If your web site is hosted by us, the following are NOT allowed on our servers:
   • Sites promoting or involved in illegal activity of any kind.
   • Sites that contain or transmit confidential or copyrighted content without the consent of the owner of such content.
   • Sites that contain or transmit any content that we judge to be abusive, obscene, pornographic, sexist, racist, defamatory, harassing, threatening or malicious.
   • Spam (bulk sending of unsolicited e-mails originating from our servers).
6. Termination
   The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possesion, and closing your web hosting account with us if you have one. You agree that we may immediately terminate your license and any services we provide to you for any reason, without notice.
   
   
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY US ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, RELIABLE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN, THE SERVERS USED OR THE GOODS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY US.
