It appears that many Parkerphiles are also interested in Fly Fishing.  The Michigan Council of Trout Unlimited is holding its 39th annual school the weekend of June 5,6,7 near Traverse City, MI.  If any of you are interested in learning about fly fishing and casting, or want to brush up on more advanced techniques, you might want to consider attending. Call Ron Joyce at 989-348-1390 or check out the website:

I've been priviledged to teach there for several years, and I can modestly tell you that there isn't a better school anywhere.

John, Fly fishing and Parker Shot guns go together, why not a cast and blast tournment. All part of being a gentleman.

Roger - There are different prices depending on sleeping arrangments.  I believe that the most expensive would be a single at the Ranch, and price is about $430, which includes 7 meals and two nights lodging.  A double is less, and you do have the option of staying off campus, or camping at the ranch.  Call Ron Joyce - he can give you the straight skinney.
