This is a test of photo posting.  I was never able on the old system.  Mostly because I never took the time.  What do you think of Old original Parker Colors in this Photo?

Photo is now displayed directly farther down this post.

Harry, very pretty Parker! Nice case color too.

Did you have to compress your photo file before you sent it?

I tried to send a photo but the file was too large and it was booted off.

How does one compress a photo file?

I use a photo editor and reduce the pixel size until I get under the 100K window.

It's some of the nicest colors I've seen captured.  Maybe some day I'll have one that nice.

So why does gunbooms photo appear in the frame and the photo I posted only shows a file to download?

I think you might have to resize the picture. So it is smaller.

Not sure, but that might be why.

OK the download one is 1024x768 and it makes you download the photo.

This one is 640 pixels wide and appears to be about the maximum size that will appear.  This has since been confirmed by Greg.  What a wonderful new feature!

OK,

That is cool but the pics have to be REAL small especially in the Avitar.  Fun toy though.

I have reset the allowable size to 640 Pixels.  I hope this more standard size helps to save you guys some editing.

Jeff, what a neat 16ga VHE. Did you have it with you down to the Deep River shoot out and if you did I must have been blind to missed it. I am a secret admirer of the 16ga and own four of them but none are Parkers.  RogerCoger

Corey was shooting this VHE at Deep River.  It is a 1 frame 26" gun.  It's just about perfect for the dense Michigan coverts.

Here is another look:

I just reset my camera to 100KB and went outside (34 degrees) to take a test photo. I hope it works. Larry

It works!  Tell us about the photo, other than outside and 34 degrees - please.

After posting I read another post that stated 640x480 is the way to go so I made the adjustment to the camera but didn't have time today to try it. At work tomorrow I will try reducing existing pictures useing photo shop. The gun pictured is an AHE 20 that I used for the first time last week on some South Carolina quail. Both the gun and the hunter did their parts and a number of the little birds were brought to bag. Larry

He is a mixed breed, mostly lab that belongs to a friend in Michigan.  It won't hunt but when you knock a bird down in the thick stuff it will help find it.  I had trouble reducing the size of the other image to get it to post, when I get it figured out I'll post it.

Harry,

Here's your Parker's brother.  1 frame, 12 gauge, damascus 28" barrels.
