Nice find Dean. Seems both you and Larry are doing well stimulating the economy by buying Parkers. Is this gem a small bore to boot?

Dean,

Congrats to you! What a beautiful gun. Something good always comes out of these posts, as I could have spent a lot of money looking for Bernard barrels in Belgium! Lon

Unfortunately it is not a small bore at all but one of those detestable 8 gauge guns  :( . . . but I was lucky enough not to have to sell my blood as I still have a lot of 401K investments (that are proving not to be investments at all) to liquidate ;)

C'mon Dave, I'm just messin' with Rich.

Oh, all right . . . It's a twelve Rich. Everyone knows Parker didn't make any Bernard 8 gauge guns ;)

Ain't that the truth. Every once in a while something turns up that disproves 'commom knowledge' or the existing records.

I was hoping for Deans sake it was at leas a 10 bore....he needs all the help he can get in the Grouse woods:D.

I have my eye on a very nice CHE but its a 12 and I'm not sure what I'd do with it. I have decided to restock the CHE 20 to a straight grip:cool: which will render it far more apealing at least to me....and isn't that what counts??
