Folks:

Another call for support! May 17 & 18th Denver Show.

We have one person full support, and three partials. We need another person to help man the booth full time and maybe one or two more for an hour or so?

This is a fine quality antique show, we had a lot of interested folks last year. I have to let the folks know if we are planning to attend by Monday.

Please step up to let us know that you care about supporting the organization. Thank  you

A few more details about the show would be helpful.

The Colorado Gun Collectors Association will host a national recognized show and competitive display on May 16,17 18, 08 at the Colorado Merchandise Mart.

We plan to have two tables, a banner, rack with display guns, promote the PGCA, sell raffle tickets and host a dinner for the PGCA members Saturday evening.

We need help with set up on Friday evening and break down on Sunday to pack and ship the display gear.

We also need a few volunteers to man the booth, answer questions and sell ticket.

I can be reached at (303)995-9828. Further details are available at http://www.CGA.com

Thank you for your support.

Mark

Mark,

I gather you meant http://www.cgca.com, which is what Google comes up with, but there must be server problems, because I get nothing at that address except timing out.

While I may consider helping out in some way, the extent of my Parker knowledge is limited to, "Yep, that's a Parker." But I would like to learn more and may be interested in attending.

The dinner sounds interesting too. If you could cut and paste the dinner details here, that would be great. Otherwise, I will try the web site again.

Steve:

Yes, thank you. Here is a link and a review of the show. I haven't made the arrangements yet for the dinner. I will post them as we get closer to the event. We appreciate the help and support.

Paul, We have a single table at the show. I have a banner and raffle tickets.

I thought we might go over Thursday evening. Bruce Day is coming in from KS on Friday afternoon. Tom Bouwcamp is coming from MN. Tom Leshinsky is planning on having a table. Dick Dow is possibly coming in from CA. Mike Poindexter has offered to help as well.

I will do a head count on Saturday and set up a dinner reservation. Any preferences for food?
