Hello. My name is Bill Hulbert. I live in the Seattle, WA area of the country. I am new to this forum and am just checking in for the first time. I have been in contact with Mr. Chuck Bishop, a member here, and was in the process of taking some pictures of my Parker when my cameras Macro function ceased to work. Ordered a new camers which should be arriving any day (isn't the internet great).

I believe my gun has been in my family since new. It came to me from my grandfather around 1956-57 and I've had it ever since. Family is a long line of duck/upland hunters. I used the gun from the time I got it until the early 60's, at which time I bought a new duck gun. The Parker has been sitting ever since.

Again, just checking in. Will return w/pics ASAP.

B,

Welcome aboard. This is a fun site and we don't always keep the subject to Parkers. Can't wait to see the pictures. Give us the serial number so we will know what we can look forward to.

Kindest, Harry

Hi Bill,

I'm currently staying overnight at a hotel and don't have access to my personal e-mail but I did see you e-mailed me either last night or this morning before I hit the road.  Guess you got in contact with a site moderator.

As I remember from talking to Bill, he has a CHE, pistol grip stock, TI4 30" barrels, with a recoil pad.  Hope my memory is correct!  It's in the serialization book and there are factory records available.

I should be back home Wednesday evening, if you get your camera working, send me the pictures and I will post them for you or you can do it yourself.   Don't know how to post photo's, do a search on picture or photo and you can see threads on the subject.  Just remember each photo must be smaller than 300kb so resize them if you need to.

I'm a fan of the C grades and hope to see pictures of your gun. C grades are the start of the high grade Parkers and many have unusual and some have unique engraving on the floor plate.
