I have a Parker Bros that I got from my grandfather. I know that with some gun mfg's that you can send a letter of request, and they will tell you the year made, when it shipped, where it shipped. Is there an address I can send to request this information that anyone know of.
Thanks,
JImmy Green

Jimmy: You are at the right place. You can order a letter from PGCA from Mr. Mark Conrad. $60.00 if you are a non-member $40.00 if you are a PGCA member ($40.00 to join) Go to the sites home page http://www.ParkeGunCollectorsAssociation.com
Best Regards, George

I am not having any luck getting this website to come up. I also added the R at the end of Parker...any thing else I am missing?

It's the site you are on when you are reading this forum. Click on "Home" to get to the "Research letters" clicker. Follow instructions carefully to access your number for records availability. Or, you can post your serial number and one of us will tell you about availability of information on your gun.

The seroal number is 22157. I saw that it was mfg in 1881. I will need to go back home and check the other markings.
