George McDowell , Jack Puglisi's best friend and in more recent years a co worker at Jack's shop, passed away this afternoon after a brief illness. Jack always had a picture of the Duluth High School football team with George and Jack together on the team.

George was one of the first guy's I met after deciding to take the plunge and investigate the purchase of a "high end gun" That meant more than $750.00 at the time.

A very good fellow he was.

My condolences to his family, Jack and all that will miss him.

George was a good friend and a damn fine man. I was honored to have known him and the memories of the laughs we had.

My prayers and wishes to his family and the Puglisis.

George was a great man and a good friend, even as he went through his treatments last fall he was always said he was fine (even though I knew that was not true) and never complained and I am going to miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and to Jack and his family. Don't know much more I can say about such a fine man but now he is out of pain and in a better place. Eric

Gents,

The emails and phone calls regarding my pal since the 4th grades were found to be gracious, heartfelt as well comforting. The family thanks you as does my son John and me.

He will be missed. My show travel will never be the same. I'll bid him goodbye in the morning.

Jack
