I have never in 50 years, of looking and buying, seen or heard of another for sale.I think one resided in an enormous collection in Maryland. The gentleman had practically anything ever printed about hunting, fishing and other field sports and from several countries.

I would say the value would be considerable to someone wanting one as they are probably just about non-existant,especially in that condition.I would doubt you could find any sales of one on record.Maybe one of the high-end  ephemera dealers would have a clue, such as McCune .To the right person I would think the value would be way more than anyone would think.I would say more than 500 and less than 5000 going by what some other periodicals have brought, but again I have never heard of one for sale before.

EDM would have an informed opinion.  He is in the process of selling some of his research materials, so his guess would be somewhat current.
