I have had this catalog for at least 15 years now, it was given to me by an old friend who said it was his fathers. The inside shows April 1923 pricing and the booklet is 24 pages. I'm showing the face, the pricing page and end page, any idea on this item?
Thanks in advance.....

Sante, I don't know but Murphy will.

How are you feeling and best wishes for you. I know you have many well wishers.

Bruce,
Thank you on both accounts. I hope to have a better understanding tomorrow when I meet with my oncologist to discuss the findings of the latest CT. If nothing has changed since the last one I will probably undergo a maintenance routine for the next two years, if it has changed to evidence again then the possibility of further treatment, or Stem Cell Transplant, is likely. Warmest regards............

Sante:  Hang in there and follow your doctor's advice. Modern medicine and a good attitude can overcome many illnesses. My best wishes for your full recovery.

George
