Dave,

I'll be up in the morning to drop off the gun, even if there is another ice storm. I have a nice new case for it. I will also bring shells for you, it looked as if your reloading benches were pretty empty last time I was there.

I will be in TN and CO on a couple of trips and may be able to get some more information on the Annie Oakly  & Bill Cody connection.

I will keepyou posted...

Bob, wish you were coming to- but I'm sure Dave will take good care of your gun. Rich, I think the saying used to go " kicks like a 20, shoots like a 12 " . But as far as recoil goes, alot of the guys in my club who reload only shoot 7/8 oz at 1150 fps l2 ga loads, so recoil isn't a problem. Bring your lifter to try a box of them. Paul

1213 N. Lake George Rd.  Attica, Mi. 48412  We should have a number of Parker shooters in attendance. Hope the weather is nice. A good friend whom I've converted from a LC Smith fan to a Parker man [ he has bought three in the last month] will take some pictures to post here. His name is Mark- talk to him at the shoot and I'm sure he'll be glad to email or share them with anyone. Paul

Hey Paul,

You know that I bought those 3 Parkers over a 3 month period!  Even with the recent Parker 20 Reproduction (is that Parker #4?) my Elsies still outnumber the Parkers.  Trouble is that with all those new Parkers I may have to ask my faithful dog Radar to share his dog food.  I’m so gun poor…

Even though I’m gun poor I will provide free photos of shooters at the Lower Peninsula (Michigan) SxS Shoot on 4 April.  Those black powder loads bellowing white smoke should make some interesting photos!  I’ll photograph the participants and send digital copies to requestors via email.

Hey Kurt, I see him twice, sometimes three times a week shooting, and he still hasn't registered for the shoot. Guess I'm gonna have to charge him $55 at the door. It's not like he's broke. He gets retirement and he works. If I had his money I'd burn mine. Should have went in the Marines instead of the Air Force. Paul

Paul,

Marines appreciate good order and discipline.  Had you either sent or handed me a registration form you would have promptly received payment.  If fact, all you had to do was ask.  Despite my many powers I can't read your mind!

Besides, it's your fault that I'm suffering from a severe case or Parkeritus...   As I remember I was considering an RBL 20 but that DHE 20 got in the way.  As we all know Parkeritus is well know for causing one to constantly search for good deals on their next Parker which in turn causes the emptying of one's wallet and savings account!
