Thank you all for the submissions that have arrived. We are in a position to have a full color center section in the next issue. If you have a story about a favorite Parker, that would be enhanced by color photos of case color, checking pattern, damascus,  the whole gun, or the company it keeps , this would be a good issue for it.

With respect to our delivery problem , I have forwarded the Zips to Village Press, and they are tracing the problem. This may be antithetical, but I have recieved my 1040 from uncle Sam on the first business day of the year for thirty years; I have not recieved my 2004 form as yet.

Brass monkey cold here today - made it to 0F for about an hour this afternoon. At about 2PM , a partridge was feeding on buds about 30 feet from the window, and the purple finches and chicadees couldn't have been happier at the feeder.
