Roger: You're right, I didn't put that on the list but there's definitely always a nice ziplock bag of the magic paper in my shooting sack.
I thought we had a drink out of my flask last year trying to calm our nerves before the qualifying round at Deep River? I'm don't carry the quality in mine that you do, I think there's Old Grand Dad in there right at the moment.
Hick: I like your box better than my bag but it would have to be hell for stout if I was gonna park my weighty carcass on it all day. *Heh*

I believe Destry's reference to flasks has a big embarassment intended for me as one day after a thirst causing round of five stand we went to my flask and it was as dry as the Gobi Desert. Now I carry two flasks as I need no more Grouse failures.

Destry,
Your gunning bag brought back some of my old gear' In the olden times we use a school lunch box. The kind that had a thermos in the rounded top and we put lunch and other things in the bottom. My hunting partner showed up one day with a five gallon can. It even had its own handle It was waterproof, held a very large amount of gear, would serve as a life preserver and made a perfect seat in a marsh. At the Currituck Club late in the season ducks became blind shy. The the guides would put those of us with a Lab out in likely places. They would set out the decoys and then go off several hundred yards and wait until you had yor limit or it wa closing time. Then we were back to hunting, not just shooting. The five gallon can to sit on and an L. L. Bean knee length parka really worked well.

The trout and flies Greg posted were in response to Hick's Creek Chub.
Best, Austin
