Sorry to hear it Rich. I was there last year at this time. As I look back I actually enjoyed the time off but wish I had taken better advantage of the situation. It's a time to reflect on what is really important and truthfully, it has little to do with the work you do. Once I started working again I had a much better perspective on why I worked and on my value as a person, a father, and a friend to the people I found to be important in my life. It's actually a great experience - make the most of it! And because I know what is most important, if there is any opportunity to meet up and get some upland hunting in with good dogs and good friends - I will make the time. Perspective is an amazing thing!
