My little #2 frame DH 27" Damascus ten weighs 7 1/2 pounds. I don't know the barrel weight offhand.

I have a 30" Damascus set for a 2-frame DH that are stamped 5lb., 11oz. and another 30" Damascus set for a Grade-3 lifter that are stamped 4lb., 10oz.
The DH set are quite stout with a very straight taper while the Lifter set are much more swamped but wow, a 1 lb. difference!

I'd like to see in person a couple of the NH or EH guns that left the factory with 24" or 26" barrels . I'd be intrested to see how they felt to me .

Thanks guys ,I just cleaned up a two frame 10 with a stamped 3/15 bbl original damascus 28 inch bbls,i'm fitting up a set of Vulcan bbls of the same length stamped at 4/1 so it got me to thinking ....all aside ,this will the first time I ever carried a 10 gauge on the barrens she still has the factory imp cyl/imp cyl chokes ...as bad as I can be some days it's a going to be a helluva lot of 7 1/2 shot for a Ptarmigan to avoid !

Chris

Hammer gun or "hammerless"

What does the complete gun weigh?
