Default Blue Wina

Hey, I'm new to the site. I have an old hammer sxs that from what I can tell was made in 1868. I am 99% sure its a parker. On the side of the receiver is engraved Blue Wina, can anyone help me with this? Value, or the meaning of Blue wina..
Thanks
Scott

if it is an American Parker - it will say Parker Bros

pictures would help - especially of the marking on the underside of the barrels
