Default 46978 12 gauge D top lever hammer out of the closet

Hello Parker friends, I hope everyone is having a great spring. About 4 months ago I got a lead on this gun from Chris Dawe. The owner received it from his father and had never shot it. He was close to 80 and always remembered it being in the house when he was young. The initial description had me skeptical since the owner indicated it was in high condition. The gun is a 12 gauge top lever with 28" barrels and was true to the description from the owner. The chambers measure 2 5/8" and chokes 0.032/0.032. It is exciting to find a gun such as this that had not seen the light of day in 40+ years and not fired in over 50. I will get a letter on the way and let you know if it yields anything exciting.

Have a great day everyone.

No flying turnips there--game scenes as nice as guns a grade or two higher, IMHO.

I think that pretty much defines closet queen Brian. What a beauty. Just the way I like to find them.
