Default PGCA at Rasawek Round 2

Made another excursion to Rasawek today all PGCA folks Danny Patton , Jimmy Hall , Benjamin Hall and myself . Had the same guide as last time Aubrey Poindexter and his German Short Hairs along with one of Jimmy’s little brown dogs . Actually there were three little brown dogs there but only Jimmy’s oldest dog went with us . His youngest Boykin and mine are litter mates so they had a reunion of sorts . Birds flew well today we killed some the others shot well , kinda felt like I didn’t hold up my end in the shooting department but some days you get the bear and some days the bear gets you

Man, that's not the stance we normally see Danny in. He positions himself a lot more aggressively at the Southern SXS Shoots.

Nothing like quail woods with rolling hills. That is one thing South Georgia has over the SC Lowcountry

I miss Virginia, and the scent of pine. Looks like a great place to carry a Parker and follow a good dog. Thanks for posting.

I realize no one likes the same etc etc etc . But I sure like the Old Dominion . Been plenty other places and I’m always happy when I’m back in Virginia
