Default Giant Turkey Terrorizes Ste. Genevieve, Missouri

Charlie sent me for posting pictures of a turkey recently taken by his farm. It has four beards.

I have refused to post photos of Charlie's new herd bull.

Three years ago while I was away turkey hunting in Vermont Kathy took a picture of a gobbler at home in our side yard with three beards and limb-hanger spurs.

That may be true, BUT I STILL AIN'T POSTING PICTURES OF CHARLIE'S HERD BULL!

But......so last night, St Paddy's day, I am at an Irish culture and literature academic reception at the University of Kansas ( soon to be the NCAA #1 basketball champion) for an evening of Guiness stout and recitations of W B Yeats and James Joyce and there is a gallery of student art works, and here is something that I know Charlie would be thrilled to see. Notice how the words hope and change are cleverly incorporated into the piece.

This became a pretty easy thread to have an opinion about.
#1--I thought Charlie owned St. Genevieve and most everything adjacent.
#2--It's awful hard to be pulling for UNC and Duke also, but Gary I will, when UNC is out.
#3--My only claim to UNC is that it's in NC and I sent an awful lot of money to Chapel Hill as a result of two daughters that think it's a pretty special place.
