Default I’ve kinda fell hard for Hollenbeck’s

Both 12’s grade 1 .32-40 and .32-20 Winchester. Very fun to carry and shoot in the field.

They are beautiful guns. For the most part they have not held up well to the test of the last 100 years of use as well as some other makers. But when you can find high condition original guns, it is something special.

Those are very nice. Double rifles are just fun to shoot.

The Hollenbecks, Three Barrel Gun Co., and Royal were iterations of the Hollenbeck designs. All seem to be very well made in fit and finish. I have a petite 16 bore double with ejectors. The only ejector gun I have seen. It weighs well under 6 pounds. These guns could be had with Krupp Fluid steel as well as several composite grades, depending on the grade of the gun.

My good friend Dale Hernden gave it to me a few years ago as a birthday gift. I treasure it!
