Craig I dug out the Minier. I was wrong about the similar name engraving memory must be getting fuzzy. Here are some pictures of the floor plate top of the grip and some others. my gun also has a very straight stock, almost similar numbers.

George thanks for the pictures of the Ithaca, very nice! I will save them with my pictures of the Parker. Two interesting guns from a century ago.
