I bought an 1893 DH with a lace on pad, that appears to have been on for a looong time.
Downside - slight tan line on the wood. Upside - nearly mint ssbp. |

I found an old Redhead lace on pad in a box of junk at a gun show; left it there and thought I'd come get it later. When I did it was gone
 ; hard to believe somebody besides me wanted that old piece of junk!
