My 16ga lifter is in that same serial number range. I'll have to go look but I bet they left Parker about the same time.

Dean, I do not know how to bring those photos up to this thread it is under engravers and engraving pg 2 fourteen post down bring it forward if you can, and by the way I do not own that gun any more but I am sure the new owner would not mind you bringing the photos up, The whole gun was unusual, wish I had not sold it, Gary

Nothing against the engravers of today but there is something different about the engraving styles on old guns especially given the time period, workplace conditions, lighting etc. Just love the engraving.

I finally found my only picture of the engraved extractor face on a lifter that Gary owned until recently. I've never seen another Parker with the extractor engraved.
