I think Vent rib guns are undervalued, especially if they are not in Trap configuration.

By the time the vent rib was introduced, the bulk of Parker Bros. production was behind them. Long ago I saw a VH-Grade 12-gauge at a Rose City Gun Show with its only option a vent rib. Didn't realize then what a rare bird that was.

William Larkin Moore has a nice DHE, 2 barrel set for sale. All original with a 30" barrels I think. Gun was sent back to Parker for a set of skeet barrels during the Remington era. Gun has been in the same family since new.

I had a VHE 16 #1 frame straight grip double triggers with two sets of vent rib barrels.Guess I should have kept it! Bobby
