Default Parker chamber length

Approximately when did Parker begin chambering 12 gauges 2 3/4” instead of 2 5/8”?

Joe,

I was a little bored tonight and did a search on Chamber Length. This search has 17 pages and I looked through quite a few threads with people asking the same question. I didn't find an answer, but it is an interesting topic. It is right up there with barrel wall thickness, damascus barrels, and pressure. You even asked a similar question back in 2010 http://parkerguns.org/forums/showthr...chamber+length.

Thanks, Ken......
I had completely forgotten that thread from 10 years ago. (Heck, I cant remember yesterday’s!). The topic question came up over on the Double Gun BBS so I cheated a little and asked the folks here.

Thanks again

That’s not cheating - that’s going to the source.
