Default First date

Today was the first chance I've had to take my "new" DHE 16/20 32" barreled gun to the dove field. Was using 1 oz. of 7 1/2 shot. Drew blood with the first shot (that's usually a good sign, for me!). Went on to take a 15 bird limit. I think she and I are going to "bond" very easily. I think I'll ask her out for another date next week.

Man!, what some tight chokes!

Very nice Parker and very nice shooting! Looks like you chose the 16 barrels.

Yes, I did, Reggie. I'll take the 20s out on it soon.

How fun is that? It's like getting to date a pretty girl and then her sister, too!

That's just a coincidence, Ed. There were others.

Best I ever did, this side of Córdoba, was a limit of 12 (back in the day of the 12 dove limit) with 13 shells. I didn't miss, but had to shoot a wounded bird again. I was much younger then ..........

Stan how about scarring some of those birds over my way. They left this part of Georgia two months ago. Just now beginning to see a few. I have a new gun i want to try out. Good shooting and a great gun. Gerald.
