Bill you can use a CC if you'd like through that link, that's actually how we ended up getting our copy. Just click the NEXT button at the checkout screen, and if you already have a PayPal account you can find the option to Add/Change card near the bottom. It literally takes 30 seconds to set up an account if you don't have one already. Enjoy!

I'll have to look again Dean. It isn't a bad book, it just isn't as in depth as I was expecting.
