Only the ones that haven't learned to ride a horse

The perfect Grouse gun is the next one I buy

Sellers crack me up....books as a 30" gun..."all Original" is true I guess...its just not "all OF" the original! Probably factory choked at Full and Fuller! Reminds of the beautiful gun Daniel Craig hacks the barrels off of in one of the recent Bond films.

I've got some spreaders that would go good in those 18" barrels

Scary seller for the uninitiated buyer. V Grade 20 "Restored by Turnbull" with galled screws, weird case colors, and hammer indentations on the trigger guard. How about the "Factory Engraved" Model 700 Remington for $799? Not too many of them around.

Indeed scary, I bought a high grade straight stock lefever 20 from him about three years ago, that had "frosty" bores in the description. They were in fact pitted to a unsafe and un-shootable condition. Almost had to threaten to return the gun "personally" in order to get my money back....It spent literally 5 minutes in my hands, before going back in the box, and back home.

That VH books as a 28" ejector gun. But is advertised as a 26" gun. Have a hard time believing Turnbull would hack the nose off of a $7,000 shotgun. And as a seller...I would not think you would want to leave the ejectors out of the ad, unless they don't work...

18 is the absolute minimum

18 1/2 is the norm for short barrels in case someone's tape is a little off
