Default 10 ga 3 1/2 bismuth load

I am looking for a 10 ga 3 1/2" bismuth load for duck hunting with my Ithaca magnum. If any one has any experience with this load. I would appreciate advice.

Precision reloading has a specific Bismuth loads booklet that has recipes in it and one for buffered loads that has both lead and Bismuth in it

I believe the Lymann book does as well. I will check that on when I get home
