Yes,
The gun should be considered a parts gun. The barrels are blown out. The stock is not original and poorly crafted. And the metal parts have all been polished/blued. As others have said, any cost to put it back together would far exeed the value in the end result. If the barrels were not blown out, it could be a completely different story.
