The "graver walk" on the lock plates is typical of the Grade 1's and a Grade 0 would have only had a simple straight-line engraving there. You're lucky to have one with scroll flourishes engraved on the hammers - most Grade 1's didn't have that feature.
This all is said knowing that different engravers in different periods may have engraved more or even less embellishments on Grade 1 Parkers.
Some Grade 1 hammer guns even had nice scroll embellishments at the rear and at the front of the lock plates.
