Looks like just another Belgian gun attempting to capitalize on a popular American brand name. Much the same as was done with Mantons and J. Mantons attempting to ride the coat tails of Joseph Manton.............. and with W. Richards "copycatting" Westley Richards' name.

there was a Parker family of gun makers in Birmingham long before the American Parkers made shotguns- its my belief that the Belgium's used the English maker's names, Parker, Richards, Manton and others that were common in the export trade to boost their sales.


and by the way the seller notes "We have not fired this rifle."

There is one bidder in particular who really seems to want it. They all must know something that we don't know. Who knows...
I had a few deals like this earlier in the year. People paying crazy amounts of money for guns that would normally be worth a fraction. You have to take it when you can. It isn't always the case... Good for the seller!
