Default 700x

Has anyone noticed the white flecks in the most recent formulation of Hogdon’s 700x. I do not seem to remember whitish flecks in earlier batches.

Off white, maybe cream colored. This batch also seems to leave more residue, unburnt powder, in the tubes. Not sure if it powder or plastic; I had to use the bronze brush and Hoppes to clean it. I did purchase a new case of CB 3/4. Could the plastic formula have changed? Thanks
