Don't know about the status of First Mine Run but Daryl ("Double Lab") can clarify that for those interested.
I was there on the 19th when did he test positive ?

If I ever ran a tower shoot I wouldn't allow over 1 1/4 ounce. Shot fall is a real concern when you're shooting across the "circle" from someone possibly throwing 2 ounces of #4s up in the air. I'm not trying to start an argument, or chastise anyone, but shot fall is something that needs to be considered at these type shoots. I sure wouldn't want to be across from someone shooting loads like that.

I agree a lot isn’t needed but if I carry that 8 gauge I sure as hell am not shooting 1 1/8 ounces . The 1 3/4 ounce load seems to work very well at forty yards on my pattern board .

Don't know - I learned about it yesterday (Wed. 1/6) but the person relaying the info belongs to a "therapy group" that shoots there every Thursday, so it probably was sometime after last Thursday; their group was alerted that today they would not be open and so could not meet.

Seems to me the next tower deal there oughtta be the 23rd of this month if it happens . I'd think they'll have resumed operations by then .

I finished up swagging 250 of the new Winchester’s at the shop today and have 300 untouched ones at the house . Have several hundred fired Remington’s and 200 unfired Remington’s so I’m set for life I believe .
