Default LEFEVER 12 GA GRADE C

Picked up what is only my second ever D M Lefever on my way to Texas last weekend. First was a EE that didn't stay long. It has already proven itself on Texas Quail.

Great gun! Love that round knob grip, too.

Very very nice Bob, can you please share some tech specs? Drops, LOP, barrel length?

Very nice!! I see quite a few differences from the CE-Grade I have. What is the vintage of your gun? Mine has dropper points behind the sideplates while yours has the inlays.

You have a lever-style forearm while mine, with in-frame ejectors, has a snap-on/-off forearm with the bakelite insert.

No pigs tonite.
Guns serial # dates to 1905 while a 1907 patent date is stamped on receiver bottom.
28" barrels choked Cyl/Full with Extractors. Perfect bores.
LOP 14 1/8" to factory butt plate
DAC 1 1/2"
DAH 2 9/16"

Bob congrats on a very nice gun. My 16 is IC/F a combination I was skeptical of but have come to enjoy.

Quail on day pigs the next, warmer weather I'm jealous
