Interesting, 28" Damascus, appears at least $100 grade with original straight stock and skeleton plate.

Looks to be a $200.00 grade ten gauge with 28" Damascus barrels on a 2 frame straight grip with skeleton butt plate and a keyed fore end. Square breech short 10 ga with unusual engraving and non engraved hammers if they are in fact original to the gun. Sold for the buy-it-now price of $1,900.00 on GB. A good buy if the 4 lb 4 oz barrels are shootable and wall thickness is in acceptable range.

I jumped on it this morning just KNOWING the barrels had been cut!! One of those saw it, has a one minute convo with seller, could tell he did not know a Parker from a Fox, and just paid up. The plain hammers were the only real obstacle, and the what now appears to be the correct barrel length. Will post pics when the smoke pole arrives!!

Better pictures are available on Ancestryguns.com. I would be interested what you find out about the dent. Looks like I waited a little too long....
