There were 240,000 Parkers made. There is only one you have inherited. Document the gun with a tag on it so it does not leave the family after you are gone. There is probably some blood relative that would appreciate it.

It's called "a Family Heirloom". You give it to one of your grandchildren, after you have taught the child to shoot, and racked up some memories in the field.
Then, one day, your grandchild gives it to their grandchild, and so on.
Some things are more important than a few bucks.
